What I collect
I collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, role, organization, answers to an application, payment status, and communications with Premise & Practice or Now You're Technical. The website may also collect basic technical and referral information, including the page you visited, campaign tags, browser information, and approximate traffic data.
How I use it
I use this information to provide requested materials, review applications, operate programs, process accepted payments, send necessary service messages, answer questions, improve the website and programs, prevent abuse, and send optional updates when you have asked for them.
Work information
Do not submit confidential, regulated, proprietary, personal, or sensitive work information through a public form. Build Days applications are designed to collect only a high-level description. Safe examples and data boundaries are agreed separately before any workshop work begins.
Service providers
I use service providers to host the site, store records, send email, process payments, provide authentication, and understand website traffic. These currently include Vercel, Supabase, Resend, Stripe, and Clerk where the relevant feature is used. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Sharing
I do not sell applicant information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the site and program, with a small approved delivery team when needed, when you ask me to share it, or when disclosure is required to protect rights, safety, or comply with a valid legal obligation.
Retention and choices
I keep information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes described here, for legitimate recordkeeping, or to resolve a dispute. You can unsubscribe from optional program updates through the link in those emails. You may ask to review, correct, or delete information by emailing Rusty@NowYoureTechnical.com. Some records may need to be retained for payment, security, or legal reasons.

This note may change as the site and programs change. The date above will be updated when that happens.
